The compassion of a few has answered the prayers of many who simply can’t afford today’s health care.
Volunteers from all walks of life – doctors, nurses, pharmacists, medical technicians and a variety of others – freely give of their time and expertise to provide the gift of health to the less fortunate through the Charitable Christian Medical Clinic.
The CCMC is everything our name implies. We treat the sick who can’t afford the cost of a doctor’s appointment or a prescription – who have no health insurance, Medicaid or Medicare – who need help but have no where else to turn. We offer a full range of medical and health care benefits, including physical therapy, dietary guidance, access to social workers, patient education, referrals to medical specialists, and spiritual counseling.

Community volunteers – people with a gift of caring – perform all functions at the CCMC, working together in a Christian atmosphere providing quality health care.
CCMC patients are welcomed at the clinic by a greeter, then taken to a registration secretary. If needed, translators offer assistance. The patient goes through “vitals” screening before being seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner in a private examination room. If medication is required, a pharmacist fills the prescription on site. Upon request, a social worker or spiritual counselor is available to discuss any personal cares or concerns. When needed, community churches provide local transportation to and from the clinic.
